Setting Up Team or Project-Specific Budgets

Step 1: Access the Admin Dashboard

  1. Log in to your HiThrive account.

  2. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Spot Celebration Settings

  1. In the Admin Dashboard, select Spot Celebrations from the top menu.

  2. Click on Budgets.

Step 3: Define Budget Parameters

  1. Name the Budget: Assign a clear name (e.g., "Marketing Team Q3 Budget").

  2. Budget Description: What the budget should be used for.

  3. Assign to Users: Select the specific team members this budget will be available to.

  4. Set Budget Amount: Enter the total amount allocated for this budget.

Step 5: Save and Activate

  • Review the budget details.

  • Click Save to activate the budget.

Managing Existing Budgets

  • To edit an existing budget, navigate to Budgets in the Admin Dashboard.

  • Select the budget you wish to modify.

  • Select Edit details.

  • Make the necessary changes and click Save.
