Whitelisting HiThrive email senders and IP addresses

If HiThrive notifications aren't reaching your team, your email security settings may be the cause. Share this article with your IT administrator to get the right addresses and IP ranges allowlisted.

Last updated on 08 May, 2026

To ensure that HiThrive notifications and communications reach your team's inboxes without being filtered or blocked, your IT administrator will need to add the following IP addresses and sender address to your organization's email allowlist.

IP addresses

Add the following IP ranges to your email gateway or spam filter allowlist:

IP Range

50.31.156.96/27

104.245.209.192/26

50.31.205.204/30

Sender address

Add the following address to your email allowlist:

Sender Address

no-reply@hithrive.com

Who should do this

These changes are typically made by an IT administrator in your email security platform (e.g. Microsoft Defender, Google Workspace Admin, Proofpoint, Mimecast, or similar). If you're unsure where to make these changes, share this article with your IT team.
