The Home feed banner sits at the top of the HiThrive web app, above your team's activity. It is the first thing team members see when they log in, and it is a straightforward way to make the platform feel like an extension of your company rather than a separate tool.

The banner is a wide, short strip, so designs that work well here are typically centered around a logo or wordmark with supporting artwork on either side. Avoid dense text or fine detail, since the banner scales down on smaller screens.

Upload your image file
Save your changes
Your banner will appear on the Home feed immediately. You must be a HiThrive Admin to access this setting.
Design tips
Keep the focal point centered. The banner may crop slightly at the edges on narrower browser widths, so anything essential should sit in the middle third.
Use a background that fills the full width. A solid color, gradient, or pattern that extends edge to edge will hold up better than artwork with hard boundaries.
Consider readability. If your design includes a tagline or company name, make sure it stays legible at the banner's actual display size.
Refresh it seasonally. Some teams update the banner for holidays, company milestones, or recognition campaigns. There is no limit on how often you can change it.
