Overview

HiThrive’s Offboarding functionality ensures that team members who leave the organization still have an opportunity to redeem their earned points, even after losing access to the HiThrive platform. This feature is particularly useful for companies with HRIS-integrated user management, where employees are automatically removed upon departure.

By enabling offboarding, administrators can grant temporary access to select rewards catalogs and send redemption details to a team member’s personal email.
