As a HiThrive Admin, you have the ability to adjust the point allocations of any HiThrive user on your platform.
To do so, navigate to the Users tab in the HiThrive admin portal and search for the specific user.
The Points columns in the table show the current Redeemable points and the Allowance points available.
Select the point value that you would like to modify and Increase / Deduct accordingly.
Note: Changes made to a team member's allowance will only effect the allowance for the current budgeting period (monthly, quarterly, annual). To make a permanent budgeting adjustment, create a segment with the appropriate budgeting conditions.
