What happens after I make a donation?

Donations through HiThrive's Rewards portal are processed bimonthly via HiThrive's 501(c)(3) organization Universal Good Inc. Once your donation is made to the selected non-profit, you will receive a confirmation notification from HiThrive via Slack. 

You can always check the status of your rewards redemptions in your rewards portal at  https://app.hithrive.com/rewards/redemptions.

Are charitable donations tax deductible?

Universal Good Inc's is a 501(c)(3) organization that processes donations to your directed charity. All donations processed through HiThrive / Universal Good Inc will be tax deductible to the Customer (employee's organization) as allowable under the tax code.

Donor acknowledgement letters are available for contributions in excess of $250.
