Use budgets to administer team and event specific spot celebration programs

HiThrive's Spot Celebrations feature allows you to recognize and reward team members for their contributions. To ensure effective budget management across different teams or projects, you can set up specific budgets tailored to each group's needs.
Targeted Recognition: Allocate funds to specific teams or projects to ensure recognition aligns with departmental goals.
Budget Control: Monitor and manage spending within each team or project's allocated budget.
Enhanced Engagement: Empower team leads to manage their own recognition programs, fostering a culture of appreciation.
Log in to your HiThrive account.
Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
In the Admin Dashboard, select Spot Celebrations from the top menu.
Click on Budgets.
Name the Budget: Assign a clear name (e.g., "Marketing Team Q3 Budget").
Budget Description: What the budget should be used for.
Assign to Users: Select the specific team members this budget will be available to.
Set Budget Amount: Enter the total amount allocated for this budget.
Review the budget details.
Click Save to activate the budget.
To edit an existing budget, navigate to Budgets in the Admin Dashboard.
Select the budget you wish to modify.
Select Edit details.
Make the necessary changes and click Save.
Use the Budget Overview section to track spending across different teams or projects.
Generate reports to analyze recognition trends and budget utilization.
Regular Reviews: Periodically review budgets to ensure they align with organizational goals.
Communicate: Inform team leads about their budgets and encourage them to utilize funds for recognition.
Adjust as Needed: Be flexible and adjust budgets based on team performance and feedback.
By setting up team or project-specific budgets, you can foster a more personalized and effective recognition program within your organization.
