The Paylocity integration for HiThrive provides a one-way data sync of employee details from your Paylocity instance to your HiThrive team.
Please follow the steps below to enable the integration.

Synchronization frequency and security
HiThrive automatically imports your Paylocity user data on a nightly basis over an encrypted HTTP connection. Only the fields listed above are saved to a HiThrive user’s profile – no other employee details are accessed or saved.
Requesting API Credentials
To enable to Paylocity <> HiThrive integration, you will need to request API access through your Paylocity representative. To do so, simply complete the following forms – Web Services Access Request Form (please add your information) and PADE (already completed) – and send both to your Paylocity contact.
Configuring the integration

In the HiThrive admin view, go to Integrations under Settings. You’ll find the “Paylocity Integration” listed on this page. Click on this integration.

To begin linking your Paylocity account to HiThrive, you’ll need to request an access token from Paylocity. Our integration automates this process.

Click “Connect to Paylocity” and follow the prompts on the next page.

Your Paylocity integration has been successfully connected once you’ve been redirected
back to the HiThrive dashboard.

You’re all set! HiThrive will begin syncing user data from Paylocity overnight. If this integration requires your attention for any reason, you’ll receive an email from HiThrive prompting you to re-connect your Paylocity instance.
