The Sendoso integration for HiThrive makes your touches from Sendoso available as custom reward catalog products in HiThrive. These products can then be made available within your HiThrive rewards portal for your team members to select. In addition, the products can also be connected to HiThrive's automated celebrations & milestones (birthdays, service anniversaries, new hire announcements). Sendoso redemptions in HiThrive are synced directly with Sendoso and automatically sent.
Please follow the steps below to enable the integration.
Configuring the integration

In the HiThrive admin view, go to Integrations under Settings. You’ll find the “Sendoso Integration” listed on this page. Click on this integration.

To begin linking your Sendoso account to HiThrive, you’ll need to request an “API Key” from Sendoso. Our integration automates this process.

Click “Connect to Sendoso” to continue the authorization process.

You’ll be redirected to Sendoso and prompted to login to your Sendoso account on the next screen.

Once you’ve successfully logged in, Sendoso will redirect you back to HiThrive with a confirmation message that your Sendoso instance has been configured correctly.

You’re all set! You can begin adding your Sendoso touches as custom products. Refer to the steps below to complete this process.
Configuring touches in Sendoso

In the Sendoso dashboard, go to the Touches tab. Click New Touch.

Under Inventoried sends, you can select Single Items, Preset Bundles, or BYO
Box.

Adding touches as custom products in HiThrive
- In the HiThrive admin view, go to Custom Catalog which can be found under Rewards.

Click the “+” on the top right to create a new custom catalog item.

Under Catalog Source, select Sendoso.

Copy the Touch ID from your Sendoso dashboard that you’d like to link this custom product to.

Complete the other fields and click Add item.

This product is now live in your custom reward catalog.
Sendoso inventory in multiple warehouses
When adding products to your custom catalog in HiThrive, you may need to add duplicate products with different touch IDs depending on the warehouse they’re in. You can control which users can see which versions of a product by explicitly setting the countries a product is available in.
