For HiThrive Pro users, HiThrive offers robust self-service reporting for managers to gain insights (and share them!) on the engagement of their respective teams. To enable self-service manager reporting, your organization must be leveraging segments and have created departments during the setup process. How to access
Once segments have been created, managers may access their pre-filtered reporting portal via the HiThrive app in their Slack sidebar.
Upon clicking on the HiThrive app, managers will find a snapshot reporting view for their team(s). For in-depth reporting, any manager can click on team reporting or visit https://team.hithrive.com/reporting.
Managers will access a consolidated view of HiThrive web portal with access to only the Reports Summary tab. Here they can filter into the org chart (if they manage multiple teams), change the date range, and export information directly to CSV.
What you can learn
Manager reporting views include all of the activity of your team members over the selected date range. View the engagement of your team (number of shoutouts + awards), points earned, top values tagged, and an activity feed with all of your team members' participation.
Use your Manager reporting to reinforce the contributions of your team members on or off platform. It goes a long way!
Manager reporting reminders can be sent on a weekly or monthly cadence and include links directly to your Manager reporting view.
