What happens after I make a donation?

Donations through HiThrive's Rewards portal are processed at the end of each month via HiThrive's 501(c)(3) organization Universal Good Inc. Once your donation is made to the selected non-profit, you will receive a confirmation notification from HiThrive via Slack.

Are charitable donations tax deductible?

Universal Good Inc's 501(c)(3) application was submitted on January 26, 2021 and as of August 16, 2021 is still pending. Assuming that it is completed prior to the conclusion of 2021, all donations processed through HiThrive / Universal Good Inc will be tax deductible to the Customer (employee's organization).
