What are automated service anniversaries?
HiThrive's automated service anniversaries mean that you'll never again miss a team member's important milestone! When enabled, HiThrive will automatically post a special anniversary card, custom message, and tag your team member.
How to turn on automated service anniversaries
Step 1: Navigate to the Anniversary Settings tab in the HiThrive Admin portal
Step 2: Toggle Enable Anniversary celebrations to ON (Green)
Step 3: Designate a Point reward per standard anniversary (optional). You can customize points, card designs, and custom message for milestone anniversaries as well. See Step 7.
Step 4: Determine when to celebrate a service anniversary if it falls on a weekend
Step 5: Select a banner. Remember, you can always create your own as well.
Step 6: Customize your message. Remember to put "{name}" wherever you would like your team member's name to go within the message.
Step 7: For special milestones (5, 10, 15, 20, etc.) consider customizing the banner, message, and point value! This will override anything selected above and only apply to the milestone year selected.
Step 7: Click Save
Do Managers get notifications of upcoming anniversaries?
Managers can find a list of upcoming anniversaries on the Home screen of the HiThrive App in Slack.
