Where is my Amazon redemption?

For the latest status on your Amazon redemption, check your redemptions.

Possible statuses:

• Processing: Your redemption will be ordered in the next 24 hours.
• Shipping soon: Your redemption has been sent to Amazon, and will be shipped shortly.
• Shipped: Redemptions may be grouped together at this point. If your item shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, you should be able to track using the "Track my redemption" button.

Most Amazon products available through HiThrive are eligible for 2-day Prime shipping. However, processing times may vary. Redemptions are typically sent to Amazon within 24 hours. 

If you have trouble tracking your redemption or have a question about a redemption, do not contact Amazon. Use the "Get help with this redemption" button next to your redemption, or submit a ticket to HiThrive support.
