How do I redeem my points?

Click HiThrive in the Apps section of your Slack sidebar > Redeem > Select from your Team Rewards or search via one of HiThrive's reward catalogs.

The HiThrive rewards portal can also be accessed directly at https://team.hithrive.com/redeem.

Step 1: Select the HiThrive app in your Slack sidebar

Step 2: Click Redeem

alt. Navigate to https://team.hithrive.com/redeem

Step 3: Select a catalog. Note: rewards catalogs need to be enabled by a HiThrive Administrator. To enable a catalog see HiThrive's Guide to rewards.

alt. Scroll down to see your organization's custom rewards.

Step 4: Select a reward! Note: if the item is not available to redeem it is likely because you have not yet accumulated enough points.
